What if this is THE final time the Middle East flares up before Jesus returns in power and glory? What if Russia and China react to relatively meaningless missile strike by the US on Syria? What if this time we really are on the brink of Armageddon with Iran firing a nuke at Israel?

WHAT IF the fig tree is in full bloom this time like Jesus said in Mt 24:32-33 about His return, “From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts out its leaves, you know that summer is near. So also, when you see all these things, you know that He is near, at the very gates.”?

Is there anything you need to make right? Anything you should address? Anything you should confess? Anything you need to take care of? Someone you need to say something to for restoration before THE end finally comes? Oh I know you’re doubting, but don’t you realize your doubt is a part of prophecy as found in 2 Peter 3:3-4, “Knowing this first of all, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, following their own sinful desires. They will say, ‘Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation.'”?

Now… if there is even a hint of wisdom in us that considers this could be THE time prophesied in Scripture, shouldn’t we live today as though it were THE last day? Should we not make every effort to be ready because we don’t know: 1) When our last breath will be, and 2) When Jesus will return?

Consider in conclusion:

Mt 24:42-44 You do not know on what day your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into. Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.

Mt 24:30-31 Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
