There are six descriptions of God’s Word… the Word from God… God’s Truth:
1. Is Perfect; 2. Is Sure; 3. Are Right; 4. Is Pure; 5. Is Clean; 6. Are True…
There are six things God’s Word… the Word from God… God’s Truth DOES:
1. Revives the soul,
2. Makes wise the simple,
3. Rejoices the heart,
4. Enlightens the eyes,
5. Endures forever,
6. Is altogether righteous.
The lessons: In any, every, and all life events, God and His Word is sufficient. God through His Spirit and His Word strengthen, revive, make wise, bring rejoicing, bring understanding. There is never an event or situation God has not addressed in Scripture to help the believer. The problem is that believers are not familiar enough with God through His Word and therefore think God does not provide for them. For your own good and God’s glory, spend much time in Scripture meditating on God.
As it is written in Psalm 19:14, “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.”
