Please answer that question to yourself… about yourself: At the end of the day, what is really most important to you?

Answer: What is important to you is what you think about when you don’t have anything to think about.  It is what you defend the most.  It is what you devote your time, money, and energy to.  It is what would devastate you if you lost it (Whatever “it” is).  So really, what is most important to you?

Your family’s mental and/or physical health?

You or your family’s career… job… work?

Your retirement fund or 401k?

Your physical safety and where you live?

The political climate in America?

The world’s economic situation?

Who wins the Alabama/Auburn football game?

Your reputation and what people think of you?

What is really important to you?

Whatever is important to you… you will pray about regularly.  Not only that, those things will constantly be on your mind.  Not only that, you will work to facilitate improvement and benefit in those areas.

Is the health of the church you attend important to you?

Is the spiritual maturity of your family important to you?

Is the spiritual health and growth of your friends important to you?

Is God’s glory important enough to you so that you work to glorify Him in all things (1 Cor 10:31)?

Is the salvation of people around you important enough to you so that you tell them about Jesus?

Is your own person holiness and christ-likeness important to you?

So I ask one last time… WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU this day… right now… in this moment.
