“Personal holiness is an essential component of worthy leadership.”
Who should be President of the United States?
Who should be elected deacon in the church?
Who should pastor a congregation?
Who should teach Sunday School?
Does personal conduct matter? Does it matter what kind of morals, ethics, and integrity people have who are placed in positions of leadership? Does God care about a person’s private life when it comes to their qualification to lead publicly? Does what we do when we’re alone matter?
Think about this… The truest definition of who you are is what you do when you think no one is watching.
“Personal holiness is an essential component of worthy leadership.”
